Pastor Pagotto was born in Palmerton on February 4, 1973 and grew up in Walnutport.  He graduated from Northampton Area High School and went on to earn a degree in Psychology from East Stroudsburg University.  In August 1999, he began his studies at the Lutheran Theological Seminary at Philadelphia.  While at seminary he worked with: Christ Lutheran Church, Allentown; St. Paul's Lutheran Church, Philadelphia; completed his Clinical Pastoral Education at Easton Hospital; and served in the Sheyenne-Oberon Area Ministry in North Dakota.  He graduated in May 2004 and recieved his first call in September 2004 to St. James Lutheran Church in Nespopeck before coming to Dinkey in October 2008.
